Rajesh Jain: Investor and Chief Advisor
Rajesh Jain is a well-known entrepreneur and technologist. He founded IndiaWorld in 1995, which from its pioneering start, has grown to be one of the largest collection of India-centric websites. IndiaWorld was acquired by Satyam Infoway in November 1999 for US$ 115 million in one of Asia's largest Internet deals. Prior to founding IndiaWorld, he worked at NYNEX Science and Technology for 2 years before returning to India in 1992.

His current work and investments are focused around thin clients and mobiles as "teleputers", service-based computing, multimedia / broadband / wireless world, two-way web, with emerging markets like India as first markets. He is currently Managing Director at Netcore Solutions Pvt Ltd, a software company based in Mumbai, India.

Rajesh Jain did his B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1988, and his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, New York in 1989.

Dr Aniruddha Malpani: Investor and Chief Evangelist
Dr. Aniruddha Malpani is a leading consultant infertility specialist and practices with his wife, Dr. Anjali Malpani, in Mumbai, India. Their clinic, Malpani Infertility Clinic (www.drmalpani.com) has been rated as one of India's best (Outlook magazine survey); and attracts patients from all over the world.

Dr. Malpani also founded HELP, the Health Education Library for People which is India's first Consumer Health Education Resource Center and the world's largest patient education library. Dr. Malpani is a member of the European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology. He completed his advanced IVF training at UCSF, San Francisco and has been the recipient of many awards and scholarships.

Vijaya Verma : Founder-Investor and Chief Executive Officer
Vijaya Verma is a technologist and entrepreneur, with a total work experience of 24 years in the IT industry. Her experience spans technical design, market and business development, capital raising and technology evangelization, and her forte is building products, teams and companies from scratch.

As chief of Yos Technologies, she drives the vision and the corporate / business strategies of the company, and is responsible for capital raising and growth. Prior to founding Yos Technologies, she was the founder and chief force behind Alopa Networks, one of the earliest companies providing end to end OSS product solutions in the broadband space. Alopa was founded in 1999, and Vijaya was responsible for capital raising, business planning and also providing technology vision and strategic directions to the company. Alopa became one of the top three broadband OSS vendors within 3 years, and its flagship product has over 50 customers across the globe.

Earlier, as a General Manager in Wipro, Vijaya was the head of the Product Division, handling technical, marketing and financial planning for CyberManage, a unique Java based web-based network management product, which was successfully marketed and sold world-wide. She also handled many projects for US and AsiaPac customers, included Intel, UB Networks, Acer, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc.

Vijaya holds a Masters Degree in Computer Communications from IIT Bombay, and a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communications from MS University, Baroda.
